Alasdair Morrison, a Scot, has been based in Hong Kong since 1971. He spent 28 years with the Jardine Matheson Group where he was Chief Executive from 1994 to 2000.

Subsequently, he was Chairman and CEO of Morgan Stanley Asia and later Senior Adviser to Citigroup in Asia. He is currently an Independent Non-executive Director of Pacific Basin Shipping and a Senior Adviser to Bain Capital Asia.

Lars Erik Nielsen is the Managing Director of the board of Trans Maldivian Airways (PVT) Limited, Director and Vice Chairman of the Board in Semler Holding A/S, a premier automobile importer and distributor in Denmark, Chairman of the Board in URBAN JüRGENSEN & S?NNER, Le Locle, Switzerland and the Honorary Consul of Maldives, in Denmark.

He has been competing for more than 25 years in international motorsport. His major achievements include 3 podium finishes in 24 hour Le Mans, overall victory and runner up in Malaysian Merdekka Millennium 24 hour and with over 40 international podium finishes overall.

Husain Afeef returned to Maldives after his studies at Trinity College, Kandy, Sri Lanka in 1968. At the age of 21 he worked with two of his friends to building tourism in the Maldives. He started his career in the industry as the manager of Kurumba Village, which was the first tourist resort in the Maldives. In the mid-seventies, he took shared ownership of a resort, and he leased Meerufenfushi Resort in the early eighties.

Mr. Afeef is a private entrepreneur, involved in many business entities and companies in the Maldives and abroad, with the primary focus in tourism Industry.

He has been awarded several national and international awards in recognition of his pioneering work to develop the tourism industry in the Maldives by World Tourism Organization (WTO). He was also made a State Dignitary in 2010. Presently he also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Maldives Association of Tourism Industry.

Lars Petre visited the Maldives for the first time in 1985 as a tourist while working for a Scandinavian Tour Operator. Mesmerized by the beauty of the Maldives he collaborated with local entrepreneurs to promote and bring more visitors to the destination. Mr. Petre became one of the prominent first wave tourism pioneers in the Maldives with the development of his first resort Kuredu, in Lhaviyani Atoll with his Maldivian partners in 1988. Later he co-founded Trans Maldivian Airways further contributing to the development of tourism infrastructure in the country. From his humble beginning as a tour operator, he became a flagship resort developer and hospitality professional in the Maldives.

Pavninder Singh joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 2001. He is a Managing Director in the Financial & Business Services and Industrial & Energy Verticals and a member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team. Prior to that he was based in the New York Office as part of the North American Private Equity industrials team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital Private Equity, he was the co-CEO of Medrishi.com, a healthcare services site. He had also been a consultant at Mercer Management Consulting where he consulted in the e-commerce, retail, and energy industries.

Jonathan Zhu joined Bain Capital Private Equity as Managing Director in 2006. He has led many investments in China and is currently focused on the Financial and Business Services and Healthcare verticals. He is Co-head of Asia Private Equity.

Prior to joining Bain Capital Private Equity, he was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and CEO of its China business sector

Drew Chen joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 2005. He is a Managing Director in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Vertical and a founding member of the Asian Pacific Private Equity team. He has worked in both the Boston and Hong Kong offices and focuses on growth capital and buyouts in the technology, media and business services sectors.

Prior to joining Bain Capital Private Equity, He was a consultant with Bain & Company in Boston

Anthony Tyler was Director General and Chief Executive Officer of the International Air Transport Association from 2011 to 2016. Prior to this, he spent over 30 years with Cathay Pacific Airways Limited. His career includes several management and executive roles in Hong Kong, the UK, Italy, Japan, Canada, the Philippines and Australia before serving in the role of Chief Executive Officer from 2007 to 2011.

He is a Non-Executive Director of Bombardier Inc, BOC Aviation Limited and Qantas Airways Limited and a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.

Hugo Huo is currently the Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of TEMPUS Global, in charge of strategic planning and post-investment integration.

He was a former IBM Senior consultant on strategy and transformation, aFiserv Inc. (Nasdaq: FISV) Asia Pacific Senior Consultant and General Manager of the banking department of China Merchants Bank Guangzhou Branch.

He specializes in strategic planning, corporate governance, investment mergers and acquisitions, post-investment integration, organizational transformation, leadership development and process re-designing.

Jacky Huang is the Director of Tempus Group and vice-chairman and member of Executive Committee of Tempus Holdings. As the Chairman of TBRJ Asset Management Limited, he is responsible for formulating and executing the business strategy and overall management of the TBRJ.

He is also a member of boards of Tempus philanthropic foundation and the 6th and the 7th standing committee of the People’s Congress of the Futian District of Shenzhen, PRC. He obtained the legal professional qualification certificate from the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China and possesses the qualification certificate of secretary of board of directors issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Alex Wu joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 2017. He is an Executive Vice President and a member of the Asian Pacific Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital Private Equity, he worked at PwC consulting with a focus on TMT industry and digital solutions across cloud, e-commerce and analytics. He had also spent time with airline and telecom companies to plan and deliver transformation programs. Alex Wu is also a TOGAF certified enterprise architect from 2010. While at Peking University, he worked extensively in the domain of parallel computing solving atmospheric physics issues.
